The Process

Step One.

Fill out the form below.

Step Two.

We’ll be in touch within 48 hours. A quote and estimated turnaround time will be emailed only after important job details are confirmed.

Step Three.

If you’ve opted for custom logos on your mat handles, we’ll set up your logo file at a suitable size, and Photoshop a mockup for an indication of what you’ll receive.

Step Four.

The file is sent off to be produced into woven labels, which we then sew onto the mat handles until the full quantity of mats is ready for delivery!

 FAQs

  • We require a minimum order of 10 mats (plus GST and delivery).

  • Yes, we can sew your logo label onto the bottom right corner, as well as onto the handle.

  • We hope to offer this feature in the near future!

  • Please email us your logo as a vector file like EPS, SVG or AI. If you don’t have these file formats available, please send us your highest quality logo file so that we can help.

  • We can advise turnaround time upon receiving your job details, as it can depend on the quantity you order and whether you require custom logos on the mats.

    Please note custom labels are created within 2-3 weeks after deposit payment. Additional time required for applying the labels is approximately one week per 50 mats.

  • Sure! We can post out each mat into separate satchels and deliver them to multiple addresses. Please note this may incur additional freight charges depending on the locations. Please advise the suburbs and states you require delivery to in the Additional Information section of your form submission.

  • Your logo labels will be damask woven labels, made of polyester yarn, for a finer thread capable of reproducing smaller details. Perfect for logos.

  • We post out only to Australian and New Zealand addresses for now! Email us for a quote.
