How do you clean the mat?

A quick hose down or gentle scrub with soapy water is a great way to maintain the cleanliness of your mat. Do not machine wash, as the stakes may cause damage to your machine, and will reduce the strength of the mat’s water repellency. A swipe of a damp cloth with mild detergent is enough to remove most stains. Soak up wine and oil immediately with a paper towel or tissue – new stains are much easier to remove than old ones, so act fast! Remember never to store your mat while it is still damp – let it dry completely.

How do you roll and close the standard size mat?

  1. Start with the black side facing up.

  2. Fold into thirds toward the centre.

  3. Roll down the centre toward the straps.

  4. Loop each strap through a pair of D-rings and fold the strap back through one D-ring to tighten securely.

Where are your mats designed and made?

They are designed in Australia by Joanne and Danielle, and made in China through a variety of manufacturing and raw material suppliers. We work very closely with each, some since our very first prototype in 2018.

How long will it take to receive my mat? 

Processing time takes between 1-3 days, and from the date of despatch by Australia Post delivery is expected to take 5-7 business days for all Standard domestic deliveries, and 1-2 business days for all Express domestic deliveries. Please allow up to an additional two weeks during the holiday periods, and for deliveries to areas affected by postage delays. Tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been shipped.


Do you have a physical store? 

We don’t have any bricks-and-mortar stores, however we do have stockists in boutique stores in NSW and QLD. You might also catch us at the markets around Sydney! Follow us for updates on where and when we will be selling next.


Do you take international orders?

We can organise international order requests on an individual basis for most countries. Please contact us so we can arrange this with you.
