Domestic orders

Processing time takes between 1-3 days. From the date of despatch by Australia Post, delivery is expected to take 5-7 business days for all Standard domestic deliveries, and 1-2 business days for all Express domestic deliveries. Please allow up to an additional two weeks during the holiday periods, and for deliveries to areas affected by postage delays. Tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been shipped.

International orders

We do not currently ship internationally but we plan to cater to international customers in the very near future! Please contact us if you’re interested in a custom shipping quote to your country.

 

Quality guarantee

We accept return/exchange requests for full-priced faulty products. To initiate a return or exchange, email us your:

  • order number

  • description of the fault along with photos

Faulty products should be unused and in original condition when returned, in order for us to accept return/exchange requests.

For refunds, a postage paid label and mailer will be sent to you to facilitate the return of the faulty product. Once received and accepted by our team, you will be notified and your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

For exchanges, a postage paid label and mailer will be sent to you to facilitate the return of the faulty product. Once received and accepted by our team, your replacement product will be sent out within 5-10 business days. You will be notified with a tracking number.

Please note we only cover manufacturing faults, and not a change of mind, or your used product’s general wear and tear.
